Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BlingBall collects, uses, stores, and deletes data when you use the game and related account services.
Data we collect
- Account data: username, email address, authentication identifiers, and account status.
- Gameplay data: MMR, match history, statistics, progression, cosmetics, language, and settings.
- Technical data: device/runtime diagnostics needed to operate the service and investigate bugs.
- Consent preferences: whether you accepted analytics / crash reporting in the in-app consent prompt.
How we use your data
- Provide login, matchmaking, progression, and account recovery features.
- Maintain fair play, prevent abuse, and secure player accounts.
- Operate customer support and account deletion requests.
- Improve stability and quality through diagnostics when you consent to that processing.
Crash reporting and analytics
BlingBall only enables optional analytics and crash reporting after the in-app consent flow. If you refuse optional tracking, only essential service data required to run the account and multiplayer features remains active.
Data sharing
BlingBall does not sell personal data. Service providers may process data only to host the game backend, email delivery, and optional crash diagnostics on our behalf.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account remains active. If you request deletion, BlingBall schedules the deletion flow and removes the account and associated gameplay data after the cooldown described in the game and on the public deletion page.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. The public deletion instructions are available at /account-deletion.
Contact
For privacy or account questions, contact support@blingball.site, use the in-app account deletion flow, or visit the public account deletion page at /account-deletion.
