Delete my account
If you want to delete your BlingBall account and associated gameplay data, use the in-app deletion flow from the authenticated profile/settings area.
In-app deletion flow
- Open the authenticated account area in BlingBall.
- Choose the account deletion option.
- Confirm the destructive action by typing the required confirmation word.
- The game schedules deletion with a cooldown window before irreversible removal.
What is deleted
- Account profile and authentication links.
- Gameplay progression, match history, stats, cosmetics, and stored preferences tied to the account.
- Associated backend storage and pending deletion records once the deletion executes.
Cooling-off period
BlingBall currently uses a 24-hour soft-delete window. During that period, the account deletion remains pending and can be cancelled in-app before final execution.
No in-app access?
If you cannot access the game anymore, prepare the email address associated with the account and use the support channel listed on the game store page for your platform when submitting your deletion request.
Request deletion from support
If you cannot access the in-app flow, you can request deletion by emailing our support team. Click the button below to open your email client with a prepared message. Please include the email address associated with the account and any proof of ownership (order id, screenshots, etc.).
